WHILE AT WAM:

While at WAM I enjoyed working with senior curator, Diane Mullin. Particularly exploring the gifts of donors Lillian and Julius Davis. I enjoyed exploring their prolific collection of adventurous and experimental contemporary for the exhibition Artful Giving.

WHERE ARE YOU NOW:

Adam Dunlavy is a PhD student at the Institute of Fine Arts, NYU. After receiving his BA in art history from the University of Chicago, he has held curatorial internships at the Smart Museum of Art and the Whitney Museum of American Art, as well as the Lisa and Jerry O’Brien Curatorial Fellowship at WAM. Dunlavy has an interest in Postwar American art, the history and theory of the avant-garde, and the history of photography.
